Trial make-up and hairstyling

Your trial is the chance to discuss your ideas and wants with your artist and get everything right for the big day.

Have pictures of hair and make-up that you like and would like to be re-created for your special day.

Your artist will go through all the details of the day from your dress style and colour, to what time your photographer and cars are arriving.

Have some ideas ready for your bridesmaids too. Talk to the girls to see what styles they might like and have some pictures ready so the artist will have an informed idea of what you would like on the day.

Your trial is just that – a trial. This is the time to go through suggestions and ideas with your artist. To try your make-up a little darker, to use some colour on your eyes, to see what loose curls might look like, to try some variations to the style you have chosen. At the end you should have a clear cut idea of what you will be having on the day.

Your trial will take about 2 hours – and don’t be afraid to give your artist as much information and guidance as to what you want.
